2. What data do we process?

The website itself does not contain a registration or order form. Personal data is typically processed when you contact us on your own initiative:

• For phone enquiries: your phone number, and anything you share with us during the call (e.g. your vehicle model, contact details, preferred date).
• For email enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, and any other data provided in your message.
• When handling matters on site: the data required to provide the service and issue an invoice (e.g. name, address, vehicle details).
• When using the website: the hosting provider's server keeps a technical log (IP address, time, page viewed, browser type) for operation and security. Only with your consent, anonymous visitor statistics are also collected (Google Analytics) – see section 6.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and fulfil the ordered service (tow bar installation, invoicing).

The legal basis for processing is performance of a contract under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), or the data subject's voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a)) when you contact us or call us on your own initiative.

4. Data retention period

We process the data you provide when contacting us until the enquiry is resolved, or – if a contract or invoice is issued – until the end of the retention period required by Hungarian accounting and tax law (typically 8 years). After this, the data is deleted.

5. Who has access to the data?

Only the data controller has access to the data you provide when contacting us; we do not disclose it to third parties, except where required by law (e.g. accounting or tax authority obligations).

We use the following processors to run the website:

• Hosting provider: Sybell Informatika Kft. – hosting the website and handling server logs (contact details in the imprint).
• Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) – only with your consent: visitor statistics (Google Analytics), ad measurement (Google Ads) and the embedded map (Google Maps), see section 6.

6. Cookies and third-party services

The website does not use cookies to function, and fonts and images are served from our own hosting. In the banner shown on your first visit you can decide whether to allow the services below. Without your consent they are not loaded.

Necessary	Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage, entry "vb-consent") so we don't ask again on every page. This is not a cookie and is not shared with third parties. Retention: until you delete or change it.
Statistics – Google Analytics	Anonymous visitor data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (country, city), and clicks on the phone number, email address and route-planning buttons. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. Cookies: _ga, _ga_* (up to 2 years). Data is retained in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
Advertising – Google Ads	Measures which of our Google Search ads led to a visit or call (conversion measurement). Works only together with Statistics: the data reaches Google Ads through Google Analytics. If you arrived by clicking one of our ads, Google may also record the click identifier. Cookies: _gcl_au, _gcl_aw (up to 90 days). Google may use the data for personalised advertising only with your consent.
Map – Google Maps	The map embedded in the contact section. When it loads, your browser connects to Google's servers (IP address, browser data) and Google may set cookies. The "Google Maps" and "Waze" route buttons are plain links and work independently of this.

The legal basis for Statistics, Advertising and Map is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, without giving reasons, using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

Google may also process data outside the European Union, in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision. More on Google's data processing: policies.google.com/privacy.

You can also delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• you may request information about what data of yours we process,
• you may request correction of your data if it is inaccurate,
• you may request deletion of your data if there is no longer a legal basis for processing,
• you may object to the processing,
• you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or take legal action in court.
